The Bridge Point South Bay II project, located at 20850 Normandie Ave, was approved for an approximately 200,000 sq. ft. warehouse and logistics hub in 2020 by the Board of Supervisors. As part of the project’s approval, Bridge Point was required to provide $300,000 for a community improvement fund for the unincorporated community of West Carson.

If you are interested in submitting a community benefits proposal, complete the Community Benefits Proposal Form here. Please note that only unincorporated West Carson community members may submit a community benefit proposal form. Community members include residents, business owners, and community stakeholders. Please see the map for reference.
Once staff have confirmed the form was received, the form will be forwarded to the Community Advisory Panel (CAP) and the appropriate County departments. The CAP will review the proposals within 4 to 6 weeks after the proposals are received. We will notify applicants on the status of their proposals.
